What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping depends on the item purchased. We use Easyship and USPS to allow you to select the option that works best for you.
Some items, such as personalized signed copies of the books, come directly from Catharina in Hong Kong, and so shipping options are limited to the most affordable and trustworthy option for her area.
How do I place an Order?
We've tried to make placing an order as easy as possible. Once you have found an item you like, check to make sure the size and/or variations are to your specifications, and the either click ADD TO CART or BUY WITH SHOP Pay. A pop-up will appear.
You can then either continue check out by clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT or continue looking around by clicking the X on the upper-right corner of the pop-up.
When you are ready to check out, you will be given the option to create an account, sign in, or check out as a guest. You also have the option to use express pay through SHOP Pay, PayPal, or GooglePay.
If creating an account, be sure to double check that your email and shipping address are correct. Once ready, select SHIPPING at the bottom.
Select a shipping option and then click Payment. You can go back at any time to a previous page by clicking on either the page name near the top or the bottom.
Tax will be calculated and you can enter your credit card details, or use express pay to complete the purchase.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept ShopPay, Paypal, GooglePay, AfterPay, as well as any Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and many other credit cards.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! Estimated delivery times on your storefront are only available to visitors from these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
I've partnered up with local printers, so all my merch is printed and shipped from your own country. As such, we can keep prices and shipping cost as low as possible for you!
Returns
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying online is as safe as we can make it. We will never ask for your card details through any emails, texts, or anything else. The only time you will enter payment details is through our secure check-out.
To ensure everything goes smoothly, please make sure you check the size, variants, and shipping address carefully before submitting an order.
How do I return an item?
We cannot accept returns on personalized books.
For everything else, we only accept returns if an item is damaged upon arrival. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
All returns must be submitted within 15 days.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to team@catharinamaura.com
Please note: We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size, or anything not directly related to how the product arrived. Please ensure you measure and triple check everything is correct before placing an order.
Shipping
How long before my order ships?
NOTE: Special Signed Orders are done when Cat is in a specific area. The last one was for when Cat will be in New York, in early November. These orders will ship out well AFTER the cut-off date for placing orders. Books are purchased once we have the grand total needed, and then time is required for the printed books to arrive for Cat to sign them, and then time for her to send them out. As they can take several weeks to be delivered to us, we tend to put the deadline several weeks out. For the New York signing, look for books to be sent out early November..
Orders typically ship out as soon as possible, and most items will give you an estimate on shipping times. Signed paperback books and bookplates may take longer to ship out depending on how busy Catharina and her assistants are, but we welcome you to reach out at any time to team@catharinamaura.com for an update on your order status.
